lukewarm hot foodterrible noise insulation
The breakfast was disappointing. The hot food seemed like it had been sitting out far too long! Everything was lukewarm, and the selection was quite limited compared to other places I've stayed at. the noise insulation was terrible. I could hear everything from the hallway, including conversations and people walking by. It made it hard to relax at times.

the staff was very helpful. the hotel had great styling. i thought the massage at the spa was great , the therapist found all the knots in my back.
the breakfast buffet unfortunately gave me food poisoning. the walls seemed thin. i could hear the family next door yelling and the baby crying.

the staff was consistently helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered many choices. i appreciated the free bikes for exploring the surroundings. i also took advantage of the shuttle service to the beach.
the pool was chilly , less inviting for swimming.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a decent variety of options.
The noise isolation in the room was really bad. i could hear everything happening outside, including people talking and walking past. it made it difficult to relax or sleep. The walls seemed paper-thin. also, there were no drawers for clothes storage, so my things were scattered everywhere.

wonderful boutique experience

this accommodation became a favorite during my vietnam trip. the decor felt both lovely and modern, with unique artwork in common areas and rooms. breakfast had a really huge amount of delicious choices, i enjoyed this alot. cocktail happy hour made afternoons relaxing by the super clean pool (so great!). the room was spacious and very clean and it also had good air con.
the location is tucked away on a little side street at the southern end of the old town, i noticed. this means walking along the river edge to the japanese bridge takes a bit more time, though not much, to be fair.

Breakfast included a wide array of options, such as fresh fruits, pastries, and local vietnamese dishes. The coffee was strong and flavorful. (especially the iced coffee). the restaurant space offered both indoor and outdoor seating.

providing information about the area. all the staff greeted me as i came and went during the day and always inquired after my plans. (the best service ever!).

the hotel offered a well kept pool with comfortable loungers, and a shaded area for relaxation. free bicycles were available for exploring the surrounding areas, perfect for a quick ride into town. the spa provided massage services.
